⽇本全国に95院（2026年11⽉現在）を展開する美容クリニック TCB東京中央美容外科（理事長：山内崇史、以下「TCB」）の松本亮一医師らは、埋没式重瞼術における結膜面への局所麻酔量と患者様満足度との関係を解析し、局所麻酔量によって患者様満足度に差がでるかを比較検討する研究成果をまとめた論文「Effect of local anesthetic volume on early patient-reported outcomes after double-eyelid surgery: a pilot randomized clinical study」（埋没式重瞼術における局所麻酔量が患者満足度に及ぼす影響に関しての前向き研究）を発表しました。

本研究は埋没式重瞼術の局所麻酔量を標準化することを目的として行われた単施設パイロット研究で、同論文は2026年10月、国際医療ジャーナル「Archives of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery」に掲載されました。

＜論文要旨＞

背景

埋没式重瞼術における局所麻酔量は術者の経験に基づいて決定されることが多く、麻酔量が術後の腫脹や患者満足度に与える影響は十分に検討されていない。

方法

埋没式重瞼術を受けた25例を対象に、結膜側への局所麻酔量を片目で0.1、0.25、0.4mLの3群に無作為割付した。術当日と術後7日に、整容面の満足度、腫脹に対する満足度、二重ラインの自然さについて患者アンケートを用いて10段階で評価し、群間比較を行った。

結果

術後7日目で回答が得られた17例を解析した。各評価項目の満足度は術後7日に改善傾向を示したが、統計学的に有意な変化はなく、結膜面への麻酔量の3群間でも整容面の満足度、腫脹に対する満足度、二重ラインの自然さに有意差は認められなかった。
